In addition to our rigorous quality control and quality assurance practices, and commitment to compliance with industry regulations and standards, we also operate a high-quality lab environment and process approach designed to ensure the highest level of precision possible.
Climate Control
We operate a climate-controlled Quality Assurance Laboratory with a full array of inspection equipment that includes CMM and laser measurement capability to less than 1 micron.
Robust Documentation
Traceability is maintained under robust documentation practices from inception to completion, including raw materials, machining processes, outside processes, assembly, and testing. It is then stored electronically for every shipment.
