We consistently hold 0.0001” dimensions in high-volume manufacturing environments and maintain rigid inspection standards in order to ensure product quality at this level. Doing so requires each production run to complete a thorough inspection plan to meet the tolerance requirements of our customers.
Every project begins with FMEA, as well as an extensive contract review. During this time, IPIC and SPC controls are established to achieve accurate production results. These and other factors receive continuous adjustments throughout production as needed to allow our teams to tightly control each process and ensure compliance with stringent internal and external quality requirements.
